Exactly Dan ;) this is what it feels like not to choke tho jk Congrats to the Lakers...the best part is the next time Plattsburgh goes to Oswego I get to go!! Woohoo!!

Quick look through the 2011-2012 Plattsburgh media guide...

1994 SUNYAC Semifinals, Plattsburgh wins the first game 7-1, Oswego wins the 2nd 7-3... Plattsburgh proceeded to lose both games at Fredonia in the championship series.

Here's some more trivia: Plattsburgh has been shut out in NCAA tournament games a few times, but when was the last time they were shut out in confence playoffs? Unless I missed something... This is the first time in SUNYAC, ECAC-W, or ECAC Div. II playoffs that the Cardinals have been shut out.

You got a good look at how good Testa is - I said yesterday he is scary good, and then he had his mini-meltdown.

I think your next game will be Saturday night, but only if NU holds on to 1E. Chances are real good with a 7-4 split there will only be one bye in the East, and it will go either to Norwich or Utica.

That mean potentially two games at Kreitzberg - a first round game and a quarterfinal

My thinking exactly. But I think Wednesday. This loss give Utica the RNK point. They gave Testa the MVP, and he earned every bit of it. 44 +/- saves. Norwich through everything they had at him, including Kyle Thomas through the air.

Watched it all from here - both of us were glued to the set. I said "Marinsek???" and was hoping to be wrong. Although after that I said "Carroll????" and was wrong. Parker played well.

Norwich was good when they where checking hard. It really threw Babson off their game, but we stopped it for the 2nd half of the first period.

Thanks for the research - USCHO records only go back to 1997-98 online.
