Re: Completely Unwoven: Business, Economics, and Tax Policy 4.0

Kepler's methodology of taxation: "I can't be successful, so to make up for it, I'm just going to bring down those that are actually successful so I don't look as bad."

The Koch brothers seeded public libraries with Rand's books for 30 years to produce this very thought-terminating cliche.

For a guy so concerned about indoctrination it's pick an adjective (ironic / funny / tragic) that you fell hook, line and sinker for the most obvious scam of all.

This is your dumbest post yet. Hard to believe you could get worse than you already have been.

Define "success". I don't see much of it in that story.

Only things missing were the chariot races and the gladiator duels.

I love it:
“They drowned themselves in champagne, they had midgets they threw in the pool, they broke into the house, trashed the furniture, art was stolen, we found used condoms," he claimed.

“So many people were there that the concrete around the pool crumbled and fell into the water.

“We’re waiting to serve him. Brett was last seen on Sunday chugging champagne with two midgets.”

I think the pay is better

@WEEI: Policewoman fired over **** dance becomes full-time stripper http://dlvr.it/LqYT4Z

Then again, seeing who her employer is, maybe not.

If it wasn't for Linux's anti-Google stance, this would be about half that. Yahoo hasn't been all that relevant for years.

Hey mookie & SteveP!!!

@darrenrovell: BREAKING: Nike announces it is ending its golf equipment business. No more clubs, balls or bags. Business just way to challenging.

Gawker has now put advertisements in between posts in their comments section. I actually laughed out loud.

A guy could read a lot into GMN putting ads between their comments.

Do you mean the sponsored links and the "Commerce Team" posts that are just ads? They've had those for a while now.

io9 was holding out because, well, smarter people, but when they fell they fell hard. Now every other story slips in some reference to a sponsored movie or product.

Pen the sheep, then shear them.

Nope. On mobile at least they were putting ads between comment threads. Not sure if they are still doing it because there were quite a few people *****ing.
