Last night was a great battle between the two squads, and North Dakota skated away with a 7-6 victory. The two teams meet again tonight, and the puck will drop in approximately 25 minutes.

11 goals in 11 games for Rylan...and of course there is still over 50 minutes left tonight.

That was a huge goal for North Dakota, as I don't see us coming back from more than a goal tonight.

CC kills the powerplay, but the Sioux had a few solid chances. Our special teams have been pretty good so far this weekend.

Sioux looked pretty decent on that last pp again despite not scoring. Much improvement over what we've seen all year up until last night.

Blood makes a terrible turnover coming out of our own end, but Forbort saved his butt. Then O'Donnell nearly converted on a breakaway, but never got much speed going and Howe made the stop.

Agreed. Our powerplay has seen flashes of brilliance, but this weekend they have been deadly with the man advantage.

My goodness, O'Donnell gets another semi-break but put it wide, then he got another opportunity and Howe made the stop.

Forbort gets caught out of position and Jaden Schwartz led a 2x1, but Dell made the stop. Stupid mistake by Forbort that nearly cost the Sioux.

There was a scrum after the play resulting in some penalties but they even up. However, Blood and Forbort are both in the box for the Sioux, but we'll skate 5x5.

Rodwell with a shot, but Howe is up to the task.

Rowney and Rodwell have played a whole lot better this weekend as well. Their play will be key for the Sioux going forward.

Another scrum in front of the net, and Dell gets taken out...

The Knight-Nelson-Kristo line puts some pressure on, but don't get any great chances...

4:32 left in the 1st...

Penalty coming up on Dillon Simpson for delay of game for knocking the net off when CC had a good scoring chance.
