College Hoops 2017. Hoosier Daddy? Wildcat strike? The Butler did it?

Re: College Hoops 2017. Hoosier Daddy? Wildcat strike? The Butler did it?

Duke has to be the softest #1 I've seen. Can't rebound, let BC shooters get open looks all day long and to top it off can't shoot

@NotJerryTipton: LaVar Ball is creating a basketball league for players who don’t want to go to college. Ummm, they already have that. It's called "The University of North Carolina."

UNC loses to Wofford @ home. Kansas has lost to Washington and ASU @ home and beat Nebraska by 1 on a late 3 pointer, finally righting the ship beating UNO.

Didn’t Wofford beat Wisconsin a few years ago ?

Fixed that for you.

Interesting.

It’s the last week of December, and Texas Southern hasn’t yet played a home game. They won’t have one, in fact, until next Monday, when the Tigers open Southwest Athletic Conference play against Southern University.

The Tigers are undoubtedly the favorite in the SWAC. This means that a team that is currently 0-13 has a very, very good chance of making the NCAA tournament. How so? The Tigers have to win the SWAC tournament to get an NCAA berth, but, despite their record, they are justifiably favorites to win the league’s regular season title and get the top seed in that tournament.

FTA:

Davis’s scheduling theory is this: He believes games against big schools, on the road, give his team a better shot to win the league and make a splash in the NCAA tournament.

Not the worst idea. It seems (though in no way do I have the numbers to back this up) that the teams who surprise in the tournament are those who have more exposure to tournament-level teams, usually from having upperclassmen who have been in it a couple times, but this may be another way to get them this exposure.

Looks like Kansas might have snapped out of their early season malaise. Or WVA is a Steeler-esque overrated fraud.

NC State 95, UNC Academic Fraudsters 91.

Virginia beat Duke as well.

I didn't even have to use my AK. I can't believe today's been a good day.
