One of those 2011 Top 25 polls. Mildly surprised the usual suspects (USC, Florida, and Texas) didn't male an immediate return to the Top 25. Other than that, Bama seems a little high and West Virginia has no place in this poll imo.
I didn't realize that Hoke & SDSU had made overt provisions for a Michigan scenario. Interesting. And do think it's consistent with what each of us surmised.pgb,
What you posted about Hoke in the previous thread (in regards to Minnesota) was what I kinda figured happened when he didnt take the job after Maturi flew out to talk to him. I think when he "rejected" the offer (I put it in quotes because both sides said he was never offered the job outright) it was because someone had informed him he could have the job he dreamed of, the job he told SDSU he would leave for.
I don't blame you a bit for feeling that way. Minnesota has had a tough go with this, with Holtz leaving for ND, Mason openly coveting the OSU job, etc. With Coach Kill, there's at least a chance that both sides will be happy for the long haul. Best of luck.I never wanted Hoke to coach here anyways (I was vocal about this on another board) because I knew this was never the job he wanted we would be another stepping stone on his way to trying to get the Michigan job.
Notre Dame? Top 25? rofl.
So I saw a headline on ESPN saying "Hoke expects Robinson to stay at Michigan"
I wanted to cry. But then I clicked the link and realized they were talking about Denard, not Greg.

Also in non-shocking news, Cam Newton to go pro.
"Go"?
I think he's going to be a huge bust. Hope the Redskins are dumb enough to take him.
