Re: College Football II: The BCS hits the Fan

So, I should be thanking ESPN that I can't see Oklahoma stick their foot so far up FSU's *** that they're tasting shoe polish. Shouldn't have been expecting coaching to fix half a decade or more of neglect overnight.

Re: College Football II: The BCS hits the Fan

He, uhh, might want to carry that ball all the way into the end zone next time.

that would have been hilarious if they caught it. something tells me it would have been caught if weiss was still coaching.

Re: College Football II: The BCS hits the Fan

Anybody else notice that Virginia Tech lost?

The one thing I said that would hurt Boise State is if VTech ended up going 7-5. After losing to James Madison, I'd say that something like that is a reasonable possibility.

I wish (not that hard) that I could implement a certain kind of ranking... it may give an idea of where things stand in terms of possibilities (being able to tie in the schedule and all that... not worth the programming and headaches).

Some really curious results so far.

Just go for it next time.

You could call it RPICF.

Re: College Football II: The BCS hits the Fan

How is that penalty they just called on Michigan any different than the block a Michigan WR threw on Robinson's TD run?

Re: College Football II: The BCS hits the Fan

A rainbow, then Christ throws for a 95 yard TD. NBC breaking out the special effects early.

Re: College Football II: The BCS hits the Fan

#4 from Michigan...how did he earn a scholarship playing like that? Straight backpedaling with a receiver behind you? Are you kidding me? If you're gonna do that, you better be able to break up the play.

Re: College Football II: The BCS hits the Fan

michigan forgot that ND's game plan was 'always throw to rudolph'

some very lazy play in the secondary when the ND qbs start to scramble a bit.

Re: College Football II: The BCS hits the Fan

These penalties that are called when a guy is a yard from getting off the field are kind of ticky tack.

Re: College Football II: The BCS hits the Fan

Robinson should just get the Heisman right now, so he can go pro before the next play.

Especially when the announcer was saying the referees had claimed they were going to be lenient with it this season.

Re: College Football II: The BCS hits the Fan

ND's decision to not go for a FG before halftime is a pretty interesting storyline here (though are michigans 2 missed FGs)
