I'm still waiting for Florida State to make a return to college football elite. I've been hearing the hype for a few years now.

Don't look at me. I had them figured for around 15th in the country. They lost their interior linemen to concussions and the draft and their QB was taken 12th overall. The defense is 18 games removed from being 108th in the country. They should win their next 7, though. (Wake, Duke, Maryland, NC State, BC, Miami, Virginia)

NU UW MIGHT be a game if it wasnt for Martinez's interceptions... Sigh

I had to quit watching that game. I don't want to keep hearing the announcers verbally skull **** Russell Wilson.

Having seen him in the ACC the last couple years, you should probably just give the trophy to the Badgers. It's their world this year and the other eleven teams are just living in it.

Ugh. Well at least they will lose to LSU/Bama

So all three of the 8pm games turned into one sided games it appears. Notre Dame up on Purdue 38-3 late. Wisconsin putting a beat down on Nebraska and Alabama having no trouble with Florida. Gotta say...figured at least one of these games would have been close.

Should be interesting to see if they eff up somewhere along the way.

Take those INT's away and the game is dramatically different

@OSU and @MSU in back to back weeks, @Illinois in November, then probably Nebraska again in the B1G Championship game if they get that far. Not the walkover some are making it out to be, I don't think.

Wisconsin has a defense. Nebraksa doesn't. Probably a result of playing in the Big 12 for too many years.

Ohio State doesn't have an offense and you're not seriously trying to sell a game at Illinois as a tough matchup, are you? Northwestern lost their QB late and Western Michigan had to shank two field goals for Illinois to win the last two weeks. If Wisconsin isn't 11-1 with a 40% chance at least of going undefeated, it's a failure.

No, I totally agree.

Just saying there are games on there that may not jump out at a neutral as tough, but that as a Wisconsin fan make me nervous. Back in '04, went into @MSU 9-0, lost 49-14. '07, went into @Illinois 5-0, lost 31-26, things like that.

Dear Gopher fans.

I take my crow roasted. You are right, you are very, very bad. It will be a few years before I doubt you that much again. Honestly, I was not sandbagging that much, it's just that you are that bad. Michigan has shown moments of suckiness- so how could I figure that this week they would actually pay attention to the coaches and improve quite a bit? I plead history for my claim.

Based on my team taking Virginia to OT yesterday, I even now understand how Idaho can be ranked over Minnesota.

So please accept my apology for not believing that your team would suck that bad. And, again, I plea history opposed to sandbagging for my other opinion. :)

Maybe Lucia should coach the football team. :D

I don't think Nebraska is that much better than MSU/Iowa/UM but we'll see.
