And Long comes up big on two more!

Cox just hits Keller up high, Keller is slow getting up, Bollig will get a penalty for boarding? Splendid ECAC reffing job tonight.

And they call a penalty on Bollig!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is as bad as it gets.

End of the 2nd, still no score. Colgate will have 1:34 of powerplay to start the 3rd.

Bollig for unsportsmanlike. Must have told the ref what a great job he's doing. Yup, I just heard Greg off-air saying he could hear Brandon yelling. "What the hell are you looking at?" is good for 2 minutes, apparently.

The good news is it's still tied, and man do they owe us a pile of calls.

Why does this always seem to happen when we play Colgate???

Well, Charles Long is my 1st Star for tonight so far. He's saved the 'Gate's bacon on several occasions so far. Definitely not as strong this period as in the 1st, particularly on the PP. Figures that I'd ask for more PP time, and the Raiders wouldn't be able to do anything with it. Oh well. Got to get a little more pressure on Tisi, maybe this PP will be the one to get them going. Maybe. Regardless of how this one finishes, it's probably going to be an interesting one...

Did I just hear Wally right on the non-conference schedule for next year. Western Michigan at Appleton and Ferris State and Michigan Tech on the road? Beats Sacred Heart and 3 games against Niagara.

I heard that, too.

I think Joe had a little heart-to-heart with the officials after the period. Let's see if he gets some love in return.
