Colgate @ RPI - Friday, Feburary 11th

Re: Colgate @ RPI - Friday, Feburary 11th

We follow up a rather weak first period with an even worse second period. We will have to play a much better last 20 minutes. We are just not the same team on Fridays that we are on saturdays.

It also could be the play-to-the-level-of-the-opponents syndrome.

That's been the case for many years now. Sometimes it is also that we just do not match up well against certain teams playing a certain style. We do not seem to make it easy very often and almost every game is a nail biter.

Considering RPI has won three and tied one of their last four games while giving up 36 shots or more in each one, I guess they just don't feel comfortable unless they give up 12 or 13 in a period. :)
