What time is the game tomorrow? I may go up... assuming someone wants to bring bail money...

POTSDAM -- A man was charged with unnecessary noise Saturday.

(----------), was charged 1:35 a.m. on Market Street, Potsdam police said.

Something along these lines, or did you have something more dramatic in mind?

I never go to Cheel without bail money.

I am not sure but it seems like the RPI goalie so far could have taken the night off. Has he made any saves? Doc asks when was the last time we wscored 11 goals against Cklarkson in one regular seasn and won both games? I do not think he knows this one but says RalphBaer would.

RPI came close to an 11-goal total in 1993-94 with a pair of 5-4 wins.

But the last time they scored 11 or more and won both games was in 1984-85, when RPI won in Troy, 5-3, and in Potsdam, 7-4.

It is #8 vs. #1 in the playoffs. Isn't Cornell ranked #2 in the country?

I'm shocked. I was quite happy that RPI drew Clarkson rather than Cornell in the playoffs. Clarkson may be the better team, but they play such a disciplined, low scoring game that one or two good plays can upset them. Cornell is tough to keep off the scoreboard. But the Colgate women are the most unpredictable team in womens college hockey good one night and awful the next.

That was a good year. :)

In Potsdam, Horton ties it up for RPI at 2-2. I don't think that she wants her senior year to end this weekend.

First chance I've had to watch the team play this year. Good stuff!

Something about our style of play tonight reminds me of something I've seen certain really good teams do in soccer. Take the ball away quickly and pressure the other team upfield when they have the ball. The defense (at least tonight) steers them to a part of the ice where they are ineffective and takes the puck away, we move the puck up ice quickly to the red line, and from their either carry the puck into their end or dump it in and chase depending upon what is available. I like it how we are challenging their skaters so quickly. This is a real good, well-coordinated team effort.

At certain times watching team sports, I get a certain tingly feeling in my spine. I first got it watching John Wooden's UCLA teams play. I get it from time to time watching UConn women's basketball, and now and then I got it tonight, the way they interacted with each other on the fly.
