Not that it makes a whole lot of difference, but I don't understand why the faceoff came to center ice after play stopped in the Clarkson zone.

Just a few words on what I saw last night at the field house.
First period, we came out slow, but picked it up after about 5 minutes and played very well the rest of the period.
The last two periods may have been the worst beat have down I have ever seen. We lost every 50/50 puck battle. We lost every scrum in the corners and had no puck possession in the second period at all. Even the two man advantage, it took us almost a minute to get the puck. Just awful.
I would complain about the referees, (because they were bad), but we were much worse.
And one last comment. Even in the first period when we were playing well, we made some awful decisions with the puck. I have to question this teams hockey IQ.
