End of the second period tied 1-1. A better period for RPI. We just can never make it easy can we?

There does not appear to be any soft touches in the ECAC this year-every game seems close and tough fought. Most games are being decided by one or two goals at most and most of those coming late in the game.

We're clearly the better hockey team tonight. We've fought through the tough calls in the first and now have the benfit of them in the 2nd, let's pop one early on in the 3rd and get the points we deserve!

Our power play still needs to click-this group of officials seems to be making plenty of calls.
