Re: Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yes.......but with none of those dam nuts.

I like nuts, but I agree that they don't belong in CCCs.

BTW, where is the option for Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies? That is where the cookies themselves are chocolate.

Re: Chocolate Chip Cookies

He doesn't understand that joke because he wasn't a fan of the team long enough the first time around. :p

This is true (about the being a fan long enough). But I have learned the history of the team (and am still learning). And 23 is still < 39.

Learning the history and actually suffering through it are very different things. You simply can't appreciate a title as much if you don't suffer through a lot of failure beforehand. To put it another way, if MNS ever gets any, he'll appreciate the experience on a far deeper level than the rest of us did when it was our first time, simply because he's gone far longer and failed far more than we ever did.

I'm a Bills fan. I've got the suffering part down, and that suffering is probably worth 2-3 teams' pain and agony. ;)

I call your bet as a Vikings follower (one that has turned numb to their failings in the past several years simply because it's just far too predictable). :p

Re: Chocolate Chip Cookies

Four in a row.
Were they favored in any of them?

I know MN was heavily favored at home against Atlanta in the NFC title game (the 1 loss regular season).

I also know that if MN ever makes it back to the SB, they'll find a way to lose in the most painful way imaginable.

Push a kick wide right? **** that, they'll do 12 in the huddle after a timeout and get pushed out of FG range by penalty, then run a stupid play and fail miserably. Only instead of it going to OT after that, the failing play will result in a turnover run back for a TD.

How do I know this will happen? Because it's the Vikings.
