Wow... we spend a good part of the nights in our basement... two computers, a TV, Wii, treadmill, weights rack... a sweet couch and a good futon, too... full on room down here for most anything... :)

I'm guessing that's why in Vancouver. Here in Victoria, the whole island is one big rock so I'm guessing it's just a cost thing.

I can honestly say I'm not sure I've ever seen a house on the west coast with a real basement. However, I haven't seen every house, so as Erin says some of the older homes may have them.

There are actually components to the growing suspense here -- the game itself (which UNH can't seem to grab the reins of), and erin's impending 10,000th post.
