I thought his post was pretty clear. GOP=Belief>Fact

You might be more familiar with the word truthiness.

He's a leftie. We need to spell it out for him. ;) :D

Guys lets try and stay civil...

"Donald Drumpf is someone who believes Latino Outreach means tweeting out a picture of a taco bowl"
-Tim Kaine

A very funny line...until you realize that is actually the truth. He totally did that...

Re: Campaign 2016 Part XXIV: Both candidates are the same, but here's why yours is aw

You realize that (thankfully) everyone on this board thinks Trump is horrible, right? And the only "defenders" are just against St Hill, right? The horse is dead.

Re: Campaign 2016 Part XXIV: Both candidates are the same, but here's why yours is aw

No one here is honestly arguing Hillary is the perfect candidate (except Rover, but he's a troll), so you can knock it off with the "Saint" Hillary crap. Compared to Tic-Tac Dough, or Aleppo Man, or Poison Ivy, she at least meets the base qualifications for the position. That's it.

I beg to differ. Any slight against St Hill, and the majority here immediately respond (general answer): "Witch hunt, better'n Trump!"

Note: I said majority. Some have gone against both.
Second note: Qualified doesn't mean competent. Even the FBI, without charging, has said she's beyond careless.

The FBI Picture Becomes Clearer

Wow...well I guess I should maybe lay off Comey because it looks like there is a full on revolt in the New York Office of the FBI (that is very tight with one Rudy "9/11" Giuliani) and has been hinting for months they would leak stuff cause they are butthurt over Comey not charging Hillary. I am sure it is all coincidental though...

The FBI is *ed. What a sh*show.

True.

This is probably a silly exercise, but let's pretend you're hiring a new forkie, Brent. You've got a candidate with 15 years of experience as a forkie, but during the, "tell me about a time when" portion of the interview, he/she reveals that they have a controversial past, and there are a few gaps in his/her work history. The other candidate's job history is predominately in real estate (but also includes numerous other odd jobs), where he/she defaulted on several loans for the projects they worked on, and they've got no forklift operation experience at all.

Brent, I get where you're coming from, but just think about it. Who do you take the chance on?

EDIT: And don't say, "source other candidates". Pretend management told you, "this is it".

EDIT 2: And you're also not allowed to say, "I QUIT!" :D

And again, we cant put the toothpaste back in the tube so we are stuck with what we have. She may be careless but she wont **** on everything the US stands for because she has tiny hands, an ego the size of New Jersey and a twitter account. Ultimately (in general) there are two choices...if it was a tie vote and you had to choose what choice do you make?

Hell if you want ignore all the noise, go by what you know politically about both...which one is closer to what you stand for? If you honestly believe they are both horrible people (as is your right) that is really all you can go off of.

Here is how I look at it and you can choose to disagree...when my buddy found out he had a super aggressive form of cancer he had two choices 1) he could go through some really intense radiation/chemo that would hurt his voice (he is a singer) most likely permanently and would leave him very sick and unable to eat for 8-10 months and might not work anyways 2) he could say "screw it" and just let the cancer kill him and live out his days as he chooses. Neither choice is great obviously...but he made the obvious choice to take the option that at least gave him a chance to live. He **** near died, his voice has never fully recovered and he couldnt eat food for a year...but he has been cancer free for 3 years and his prognosis is amazing.

To me Hillary is the chemo. Yeah she is not ideal in any way and in some ways the cure is as bad as the disease (our broken system) but she is infinitely better than Drumpf which is just an insidious cancer that will rot this country and kill it from the bottom up. YMMV.

In your second question, I'd choose the "more qualified" candidate, and I've said as much here. That doesn't make them a good employee, much less the best employee. That's all I'm saying. Hillary is the better candidate this year. And that really, really sucks.

I would say most of us agree with that ;)

I know you do, you've said as much. Some on here haven't really gone full on with that sentiment.

"Better" was not Bernie though. He got eliminated during the second round of interviews when he said that he expected the company to pay in full for all forkies to train in other fields, like art history. ;)

I am talking current candidates. Not the prelims. ;)

Stolen from Facebook:

"If Jesus showed up at a Trump rally, Trump Christians would kick him out as a dark skinned Muslim terrorist"

Sad but true :D

Yeah, I can't argue with that.

Ohio Democratic Party Suing To Prevent Voter Intimidation

Great now both sides are doing it...

the only part that gave me any pause (cause I dont honestly think it is happening)

The lawsuit references statements made by vice presidential candidate Mike Pence and former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani. It also references an unnamed senior Drumpf campaign official who told Bloomberg News that "we have three major voter suppression operations under way."

If they can prove the underlined portion...then all bets are off. I dont buy it at all though.
