I've seen it before but what can you do with it? I mean you can believe it or not, but it's an anonymous allegation at this point. The Times can't print it as it's probably a libel pro se unless they can find some corroboration, and no one has been able to even find the accuser yet. I certainly believe someone has tried as it would no doubt be worth a good deal of money to some to make something out of it. Maybe it will change, but right now it's as good as if I claimed Hils broke into my house this week and stole my Chris Chelios autographed Badger jersey. She was in Florida this week after all.

Huma just became the fall girl. If she accessed those emails and/or files using her husband's laptop, even if she was "doing it for Hillary," Hillary isn't at fault.
Or... This just sets us up for Monday morning's breaking news how Anthony Weiner and Huma Abedin were killed in a tragic boating accident while trying to reconcile their marriage this weekend. Police are looking for a boat that was seen in the same waters with a "I'm With Her H>" flag painted on the side... Whoops wrong thread...

As I watch the response from the Clinton team on this I keep thinking they had to know they could be exposed to this didn't they? I mean this Carlos Danger thing came back with a vengeance way back in August. I'm guessing the FBI didn't just seize this stuff Thursday did they? Probably weeks ago, so Huma at least had to know there was a chance of something cropping up... Given that, they seem a bit ill prepared with a response.
I mean these people are pretty crafty and as we've seen in emails have game planned for all sorts of possible angles. Demanding a release is probably a decent strategy but no one believes there's any way whatsoever the FBI is going to release everything they have in the next ten days. We're still just now getting stuff from a year ago. Anyway, I'd think Hils and/or her people almost have to have had an idea of what the Feds might be talking about now for at least weeks. Seems like they'd have a bit more cohesive plan and maybe a strong denial already in the can.

I concur that the HRC team probably was aware of these emails but assumed that Comey would abide by the unwritten 60 day rule. I also doubt that there is going to be much of any significance in these emails. The issue in my mind is not so much what's in them but why HRC made the decision to utilize her own server in direct defiance of BO's directive otherwise. This was pizzpoor judgement in both hindsight and foresight.

Not to mention if there was no private server and email in the first place we wouldn't be talking about even the possibility of Carlos Danger having access to stuff he should be no where near. Plus congress just excoriated the Wells Fargo CEO for a practices undertaken by his underlings as people tend to think of the buck stopping at the top. But I do have strong confidence in the famous Clinton slipperiness when it comes to escaping any real personal consequences.
Worst case is she gets elected, the FBI convenes a grand jury that returns indictments and we're back to Bill's second term before Hils even gets started. R's in congress push for impeachment, the Senate wants censure but votes down impeachment and the next day we bomb a pharma factory we "know" Baghdadi is hiding in and everything is just peachy again!

It was three people that got caught mailing in ballots and then voting in person. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was a mix-up and not malicious intent.

Either Newsweek or NBC had tweeted its 3 e-mails from federal sources. However, the bottom line is this will have little impact. Trump is going to lose, and conservatives are all losers. It ain't any more complicated than that.
