If Hillary loses (a pretty big if right now), it'll be her own fault*:

The Atlantic is calling BS on Hillary. That's a stunner.

And if he's willing to call it on Trump, CNN's Fareed Zakaria should call BS on Hillary as well.

*Because Trump is right, the election is rigged ... by him ... he's throwing it!

BSABSVR, we got it. You are the stereotypical Fark Independent (tm).

But she's not lying. I watched the FBI Comey's testimony. There were no emails that were explicitly marked classified. They found markings in some of the email bodies that indicated classified material. And it's also true that they retroactively classify material.

What Hillary did was stupid but I believe her when she says she never actively or purposely distributed classified material via her email. She handled almost all classified material in hard copy which she has testified to numerous times.

Face it, if you righties had a smoking gun she'd be being prosecuted. All you're doing with this crap is splitting hairs.

You keep going there. I've already said where I'm voting. I can't hold my nose and vote for either major party's candidate.

Scoob, it's The Atlantic that just called Hillary a liar. They're no righties.

I believe at this point Hillary could walk up to podeums, smile, wave at the crowd, and leave, never saying a word, and win 51-44 because Trump seems to be fully engaging "Operation: FOOTBULLET".

Yeah, and none of that applies to Trump. None. He's rewritten the entire rulebook throughout the entire process.

Sure thing Sancho...

Re: Campaign 2016 Part XV: Before & After: Dancing in the Streets of Philadelphia!

well yeah, I don't agree with Johnson on many things, but I could actually respect him as a choice for the Republicans. I still wouldn't vote for him, but I could respectfully disagree with a party that would choose him. I can never respect the Republicans as they are now. I'll probably never vote for another Republican for the rest of my life now (not that I've ever cast many votes for an R, since my first presidential election was George W Bush vs Gore and between him and congress during the Clinton administration I already had a very poor view of the party). It's D or I for me (in Maine we do occasionally get legitimate independent candidates).

Not even Susan Collins?

Does the genius from the Atlantic know anything about the classification system?

Re: Campaign 2016 Part XV: Before & After: Dancing in the Streets of Philadelphia!

Ok, then genius. Explain how he won the primary.

He won the primary because the GOP had no one that could win a coalition. The old guard stunk (Jeb!) and the new young guys werent ready for primetime. Then you had too many people running at once and no one dropping. Drumpf was allowed to basically build a coalition saying nothing and doing nothing picking off people from the 16 other candidates. (using his name as a means to draw them in) Plus the media loved covering him cause they needed him for ratings...

None of that crap holds now and if you dropped your bit for a second you would see that. The media has turned on him, the center is not bowing to him and the Blue Dogs are walking away from him.

If Drumpf was the T-1000 you think he was then this Khan kerfuffle would not have blown up so badly in his face.

Did it? I see no evidence it did. If his poll numbers drop significantly then I'll believe that. Otherwise nothings happened but the media jumping on him which they have done all along.

Yeah, and yet every post of yours is anti - Hillary, almost as though you believe she's as bad as Trump, which is a patently absurd position to hold.

It's just like how none of the Fark Independents (tm) will admit to voting for W, and despite their alleged independence, they always blame Obama and Hillary for everything...

.

You're playing a dangerous game, Sic. If you act stupid on a message board, pretty soon people will think you really ARE stupid! :D Look what happened to Fishy!

Ron Fournier, the Atlantic columnist you've thrown your lot with, is a professional concern troll and widely regarded as one of the worst pundits in the business. Basically he's the Debbie Wasserman Schultz of political commentary, and I don't mean that as a compliment.

Or, put another way, he's the Scooby of pundits. ;)

After Clinton denied that, Wallace played another video of an exchange between Comey and Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.), chair of the House Select Committee on Benghazi:

GOWDY: Secretary Clinton said there was nothing marked classified on her emails either sent or received. Was that true?
COMEY: That’s not true.
GOWDY: Secretary Clinton said, “I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email. There is no classified material.” Was that true?
COMEY: There was classified material emailed.

Re: Campaign 2016 Part XV: Before & After: Dancing in the Streets of Philadelphia!

Splitting hairs. Entire emails are marked classified. None of hers were. The emails that had "classified" material in it were buried in the body with some mysterious markings on them that indicate that part of the email is classified. If you want to say parts of her emails had classified material, sure, but there was never an email or email chain that was marked classified.

And if she lied she'd be indicted by now. She's a lawyer. A smart one. She threaded the needle and the right can't stand it.

Right...let me guess when he loses you will either pretend this never happened or play the sky is falling bit while he challenges the results?

Perhaps you should look at the page Kepler posted yesterday...

Comey said “seven e-mail chains concern matters that were classified at the Top Secret/Special Access Program level when they were sent and received. These chains involved Secretary Clinton both sending e-mails about those matters and receiving e-mails from others about the same matters.”

Oh, I believe he's going to lose. I also believe that when he loses there will be lawsuits galore.

Where's the indictment then? She lied to the FBI and Congress. Both are criminal acts.

Same Source.

Comey to Congress: “We have no basis to conclude she lied to the FBI.”
Comey was also asked whether Clinton broke the law: “In connection with her use of the email server? My judgment is that she did not,” Comey said.
