Pet peeve alert. I understand some of the modern abbreviations (but don't like them) - using u for you, l8r for later, but for the life of me, I don't understand why so many people spell ridiculous with an "e".

About the ONLY highlight of this season was the fact that EC actually beat Utica, Oswego didn't Ha ha ha, I couldn't resist.
I think that this situation absolutely requires a really futile and stupid gesture be done on somebody's part!

The SUNYAC is a three team league this year. Genny gets a 9 (maybe more) goal win and Buffalo St gets a 6 goal win. That is some ugly "playoff" hockey. I expect Oswego to take care of Buff St and host the Gen/Platt winner. Its too bad those three team cant play some kind of a round robin.

What about redonculous? That's what I think of Elmira's season. Like I've said before, I don't care if they have 14 freshman, they shouldn't be losing this bad. At least the Sabres took steps to fix their problem, but I'm not sure EC will improve much next year.

Honestly, which one did you really want? M'ville or Elmira? Seems to me you had a little bit of trouble with M'ville recentlyNeumann scores empty net goal, 4-1 over Nazareth.

To be fair, Utica has never had a record worse than Elmira's in their entire history. They did match it once, in 2009-2010 when they finished 8-14-4. Every other year of their existence saw better results than Elmira this season.
In comparison, the last time Elmira finished a season with a winning percentage as good or better than Utica's is right now was 1990-1991. See you in October.

How long has Utica been playing at the D3 level? Not as long as EC and they don't have a strong tradition as well. Utica hasn't won squat yet.

You are correct, Utica has only played 12 season compared to Elmira's 38. Funny thing is though, they both have won the same thing. Squat!
