Wow. Talk about the markets being desperate for good news.

"Stocks were rising on Wednesday, June 27, after the White House indicated it won't aim to block companies with at least 25% Chinese ownership from buying certain U.S. tech-related companies.
The government instead plans to rely more heavily on the recently bolstered Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States to stymie threats and concerns about foreign entities purchasing sensitive domestic technologies, said a senior official from the Trump administration."

The previous real estate collapse saw much looser lending policies. No, I don't think there's any intention to actually live in that place, but rather to use it for something else, like Agenda 2030's desire for removing single family homes in favor of coffin apartments. Take a look at one of the actual listings itself: http://www.massrealty.com/greater-boston/brighton/home/54-Waverly,-Brighton,-MA-02135/72353001 . Also take a look at the public records of who owns it. Wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't a single family that owns it.

I think it's currently owner-occupied.

A simple search doesn't bring up government records; we should be able to see who last paid taxes on that property, as those sorts of rolls are public domain (at least in my state; not sure about MA).

The last Toys R Us stores close today.

One "direct marketing" company is no more. Jamberry (the nail wraps) shut down unexpectedly a few days ago.

Too bad Lularoe and It Works haven't gone belly up yet.

Hahahahahahahaahahaha

“BMW, the largest US auto exporter, has announced that it will move production of some of its bestselling SUV models from the US to China and increase prices on US-produced cars as a result of newly imposed tariffs that make production more expensive.”

Shocking. Just shocking.

Greenville and Spartanburg counties, where BMW has their production facility, both voted in favor of Trump at a 2:1 clip.

And they're thrilled with their decision. God, Gays, and Guns. Nothing about jobs in there.

People without a silver spoon up their rears buy BMWs? It's not going to hurt the clientèle. Let them leave.

Re: Business, Economics & Tax Policy 7: Workers of the world unite!

"the largest US auto exporter" means they have a lot of US employees, dip****.

That is extremely myopic. What happened to your call out that the tariffs would reintroduce manufacturer to America? How's that working out with Harley Davidson and now BMW leaving the USA? I haven't heard about any companies moving new and substantial manufacturing operations to our shores, have you?

I never made any sort of a claim like that; you're merely projecting what you heard some comedian say that those evil Republicans say onto me. And you know what? If I were a business owner, I'd see the policy of the US as incredibly volatile. And evidently your sources didn't say much about Japan's investment, or even Apple manufacturing.

The Spartanburg BMW plant, which is BMW's largest production plant in the world and employs almost 9,000 South Carolinians, produces 70% of BMW's exports globally. Spartanburg is (or was) the only producer globally for BMW's X3, X4, X5, X6, and X7. There are more BMW's produced at Spartansburg in a year than all BMW's sold in the US in a year.

But sure, let's ram it up BMW's a** because the "Don't Call It A Trade War" rages on.

It's unconstitutional for the US to tax exports. If other countries want to get all uppity and have import taxes because their globalist regimes don't dare deal with the US, that's their problem. We're not going to cow-tow and surrender to them basically giving away stuff because they've taken advantage of us for years. It's about time they contribute.
