I commented that there was way fewer lesbians this year in the group I work with. I have bartended the Texas/Oklahoma group for years and it was surprisingly LGBTQ filled but it is way less this year than last!

Sounds like a "bootstraps" problem to me. A good entrepreneur would be scheming in how to create soy milk, soy yogurt, soy ice cream, tofu, edemame, soybean flour, soybean paste, etc. Lots of opportunities for these farmers if they would just put the work in and not want to rely on goddamned welfare checks.Mark Chadbourn (@chadbourn.bsky.social)
