Re: 5-0 rpi

Extremely solid game by an improving and dangerous RPI team. Puck of the game goes to Fulton simply for his play when he broke his stick and still skated the puck out of the zone. Every little play helped. Noticed that we made no blind passes-hustled for 60 minutes and just an all around effort. Rest up boys-Yale comes in tomorrow and a sweep would just make life a bit easier-Go Red!!! Now a toast-tonight it is another Cognac and will be sipped slowly and enjoyed thanks to the effort tonight.

Bailen broke the stick. Fulton gave his stick to Bailen, and then got the puck out.

Makes it an even better play-that is the kind of hustle that wins games. I saw very little of any sort of let up. This team is a nightmare for a lot of teams to play right now. BUrg stepping in for Tinordi played super-no bad penalties, lots of offensive zone cycling and pressure and McGowan and Neal worked real well with him. Whoever complained about JL not scoring please do that again as he has regained his touch also. Solid defensive effort-and we chased one of the top goalies in the country tonight which is something not many teams can claim. See you all tomorrow-one game at a time and hopefully Union did nothing to re energize the Yale team and played a physical 60 minutes against them.

couldn't agree more. Fulton played an outstanding game tonight as did........well, everyone. It was pretty funny after we scored to make it 5-0 and we (Sect.17) were trying to get the band to play Hawaii 5 0 only to see Brown score and we turned to the band with, "...it's all your fault". Good times at the HFH people....would love to see more than were there tonight, tomorrow.

The band played Hawaii 5 0 instead of the fight song after the goal
