Brown Harvard - Tuesday 2/22

Re: Brown Harvard - Tuesday 2/22

Just turned the game on, but it looks pretty crappy right now. How has the rest of the game been, Mike (or anyone else who's been watching)?

Everyone is playing very cautiously, if not tentatively. Brown as Mike and jack have mentioned is not playing its physical game.

Harvard goal off a tip. Clemente has not looked sharp from what I've seen here. Ugh. Late season slumps seem to be a specialty of the Whittet era.

Ok Mike, I'll post periodic updates for anyone who might be following (and so you can see later).

Re: Brown Harvard - Tuesday 2/22

If this is what life without Jack Maclellan is, I want no part of it. Bleak.

Re: Brown Harvard - Tuesday 2/22

Of course, now that I say that, Brown has 5 or 6 great chances on one shift and should have scored.

Aaaaannnddd Zaires got a misconduct for a VERY legal hit. Wonderful.

Re: Brown Harvard - Tuesday 2/22

A Harvard player with an almost identical hit as Zaires' that earned a misconduct and he gets 2 minutes. Yay, consistency.

Re: Brown Harvard - Tuesday 2/22

For the record, I don't think either player should have been penalized at all. Not just being a homer.

Re: Brown Harvard - Tuesday 2/22

Keys to winning a hockey game: score goals. We don't seem to like doing that much these days.

Re: Brown Harvard - Tuesday 2/22

3 on 1 is negated because of a stupid offsides. And when I say stupid, I mean a Pee Wee shouldn't be offsides in the situation.

This is getting embarrassing. Harvard is not playing well, we're just playing worse.

Re: Brown Harvard - Tuesday 2/22

Another clean hit becomes a penalty because of the way the Harvard player fell.
