Re: Bracketology and the PairWise Rankings II

Maine doesn't want their season to end yet.
Can NMU follow suit?

Two spots, four teams.

A Maine win eliminates UVM.
A Michigan win eliminates Ferris.

Re: Bracketology and the PairWise Rankings II

Michigan is in. Ferris is out.

One spot left.

Re: Bracketology and the PairWise Rankings II

If BC pots the next goal, the previous PWR applies.

If Maine does:

1 Miami (Mm)
2 Denver (DU)
3 Wisconsin (Wi)
4 [AQ] North Dakota (ND)
5 St. Cloud State (SC)
6 Boston College (BC)
7 [AQ] Cornell (Cr)
8 Bemidji State (BS)
9 Yale (Ya)
10 Northern Michigan (NM)
11 New Hampshire (NH)
12 [AQ] Michigan (Mi)
13 Alaska (Ak)
14t [AQ] Maine (Me)
15 RIT
16 Huntsville

(assuming the WCHA remains the same ;))

actually looks pretty good from attendance etc. Will see if they tweak at all.

Re: Bracketology and the PairWise Rankings II

Hahaha. We've got a team with a losing record, a 7th place team, and an 8th place team in the tournament.

Did I wake up in an alternate universe where it looks like a basketball field?

Absolutely ridiculous bracket in Worcester, but I wouldn't mind playing in it, because if you make the Frozen Four you have certainly earned it.....not to mention it would be awesome to watch.

Re: Bracketology and the PairWise Rankings II

A cynic would speculate that the committee would find a reason to switch Yale and Michigan...
