BouncyBall 2013/2014

LeBron is going to torch the Spurs on Sunday. The Spurs might as well get ready for the games in Miami

Re: BouncyBall 2013/2014

Spurs just couldn't pull away last night and it bit 'em in the end. Didn't help that LeBron was possessed for the 2nd and 3rd quarters, and that Ginobli got himself into foul trouble.

Re: BouncyBall 2013/2014

Good news! Max Blecher, lawyer for Donald Sterling, says he received an email from his client saying the "deal is off" and to the lawsuit against the NBA is back on!

Re: BouncyBall 2013/2014

No. Root for that. That would destroy that team.

And the sooner the Heat fall back into irrelevance, the better.

Since the Spurs are on the brink of finishing the Heat off, it will cool the talk of LeBron being better than Jordan.

Lebron ended that talk when he opted to cut and run to Miami with his friends instead of working with management there in Cleveland to help build a team around him. Jordan toiled for a while behind the roadblock of the Pistons before he got his rings. Lebron took his talents to South Beach.

Re: BouncyBall 2013/2014

It'd be nice to see the Spurs win but I'm not counting it till its over. They blew it last year with 2 chances to close out.

Re: BouncyBall 2013/2014

Dream come true. Sterling has hired teams of private investigators to dig up dirt on Stern, Silver and the other owners. Each team has a six figure budget. This is going to be awesome.

Also...
Spell "world" backwards.
Count backwards from 100 by 7
Draw a clock.

Those were the tests that got Sterling declared mentally incompetent. It seems awfully easy to screw up counting backwards from 100 and we live in a digital world now...who uses a clock with hands anymore? That seems awfully flimsy.

I so hope Sterling survives the next month. I would employ a food taster...

Re: BouncyBall 2013/2014

Spurs now have the third and fifth largest NBA finals halftime road leads, and they did it in back-to-back games. This could be the end of the line for Pop and Duncan though. Duncan has a player option coming up that he could just opt out of and technically not lose any money if he retired.

I don't think the Big Four will happen. At least I hope not. Even if most of them take pay cuts I still don't see how they would have enough depth. Though people said that with the Big Three too.

Donald Sterling is juat a crazy mfer who wants to see the world burn. And it'll be fun to watch if he makes it happen.

I'm trying to think of a word that describes how I feel about this. "Awesome" just doesn't seem to cut it. This is an absolute dream scenario for me.

Celtics were the first roadblock. 63 points in a playoff game, and lost. One of the most astounding playoff performances ever. Celtics basically said "Try to beat us by yourself," and he almost did.

great seeing an actual TEAM win it...doesn't happen often in NBA

ESPN will lead with what lebron's next move is
