BouncyBall 2013/2014

Re: BouncyBall 2013/2014

Big Ten will be moving their conference tournament to Washington DC in 2017. Outside of people who actually live in the DC area, I have yet to see any positive feedback.

This Rutgers and Maryland situation sure does suck. And there's less than two months to kick them out, despite Rutgers' best efforts to make themselves look as awful as possible. News came out today they called Eric LeGrand (the football player who was paralyzed on the field) to do the commencement address Saturday after Rice dropped out, and then Monday said they were going in a different direction.

Not the finest moment for the Big Ten, for sure.

Eric LeGrand has tweeted he has spoken to the President at RU, and will now be joining the former Gov. Kean in speaking to the Class of 2014. So there's that.

Damage control. Though I'm not sure why they decided to do it now when Rutgers PR has been trash for the last 14 months.

Wait, what? Is this an Onion article?

If anything, this just proves he's not a racist. He's just a bumbling old idiot with the onset of dementia.

My grandmother who just passed away would say to the black nurse that took care of her that the n-words were coming to get her. The nurse knew enough that she wasn't racist, but would get another nurse.

If anything, it also proves Sterling needs to not have control of the team because he's losing his mind.

Crazy thing is in most sports when the owner is old and goes crazy from Dementia, the team normally goes straight to the cellar. Not still in the playoffs.
