Loves these kinds of victories. Builds character. Down 3-1 going into the third and coming all the way back for the win.

What a fun game. They probably didn't deserve the W but when BC gets in one of their slumps after not scoring in a while, once they get one, look out.

The booing of Gardreau was funny. Maybe if Cronin hadn't gotten himself in hot water and resigned, the kid would be wearing your uniform.

Was Cronin there last night to get booed?

Personally I don't begrudge the kid for making that decision. But he took the opportunity to decommit late and go to an in-league rival. Its just a game, people like to cheer for their team and root against the apponent. So therefore he will get booed when he comes to Matthews. Whats the big deal?

The NU dogpound was great last night! I really love when they show you guys on the video feed I watch from home. What a terrible bunch of misfits. Must be Halloween all year round up there in the NU dogpound.

Um Carmine.......The dogpound is located on lower Comm Ave. The doghouse is located on Huntington Ave. To confuse the doghouse with the dogpound is mortal sin. Get to confession this week!

No, he wasn't, so that means boo Gaudreau? I just don't understand getting on a kid who changed his mind as a result of a coaching change. I would never get on a kid for that...

BTW, is Ferriero injured/suspended? In Madigan's dog house? Was he part of the dog house last night??? Maybe he should have gone to Lowell or PC.

Is booing Gaudreau a little childish? Probably. But isnt that part of the fun of spectator sports? I mean, its all in good fun. He's on the opposing team, getting booed isn't exactly a foreign concept or over the line.

You wouldn't get on Gaudreau but you have no problem bashing Ferriero? I realize the two situations aren't identical, but when you boil it down they both made late decisions they thought were in their respective best interests. Cody obviously made a mistake by waiting as long as he did before decommiting. But if getting a full ride was important to him then it only makes sense to see what your options are, the financial burden of college is not trivial. Its time to let it go.

You answered your own question by saying "I realize the two situations aren't identical". Ferriero didn't decommit as a result of a coaching change. Trust me, it's actually worked out for BC that ferriero bailed. Unfortunately for him, he can't say the same.

I'm serious in asking, what's the deal with him/madigan?

and youre refusing to acknowledge the similarities between the two situations. also, the fact that he has struggled makes it even more odd that some continue to rag on him. it just comes off as petty

all i know is that he is suspended from something that occured last season. someone with more insight may be able to provide more info. i'm also curious...

not being identical does not mean they are not similar

i have to admit, the BC posters are great debaters. I'm thinking theres at least a couple lawyers among you. The fact youre arguing semantics with me must mean i have a point

ferriero's treatment stems from his actions and behavior during and after his decommittment. BC experienced similar decommits from Chris McCarthy (UVM) and Adam Clendening (BU) who went on to play for league rivals; and you dont see the same sentiments directed toward them because they just quietly moved on and went about their business.

the fact that cody has continued to be a malcontent at NU is just proof that BC dodged as bullet

The similarities start and end with they both changed their mind on where they wanted to play. That's it. I haven't "refused" to acknowledge anything.

I swear it's like you guys want no fun at sporting events. Look, I don't blame him for leaving when Cronin left but I'm still gonna boo him in good fun. The fact that the fans are that educated on the recruiting is a good thing. The less bandwagon fans the better.

The more smack talk between NU and BC, the better. The last six games in the series have been fantastic.
