Somebody should mention to senile Woog that the 5 minute major CFB rule has been around for awhile now. It's not new, Doug.

That may be the case, but it's not like he hasn't been around the game, and was the FSN analyst when the emphasis began several years ago. The Wooger has never been one to thoroughly think things out before he speaks.
