BC still at Maine (SAT)

Re: BC still at Maine (SAT)

A world of difference from last year. These freshmen D make great first passes out of the zone.

Yup. The difference is passing.

Maine leads 10-4 on shots, which makes sense given the penalty situation.

I'm fairly impartial, and the penalty disparity seems legit. BC doesn't really look dialed in tonight, and Maine has earned their power plays.

BUT Muse is making all the first saves, and BC *is* doing a good job of clearing rebounds, so the Bears have nothing to show for it.

Re: BC still at Maine (SAT)

Maine's power play numbers were great, but against a team with a good kill, it's getting exposed.

O-fer-whatever now.

Oops. Not quite over yet. But close.

NOW it's over. Another good kill.

Re: BC still at Maine (SAT)

Whitney's gotta stop taking penalties. Sheesh.

Hey guys, we finally found a QB worse than mainuh Quinton Porter if you guys saw any of the lowlights from today's BC football game!

Re: BC still at Maine (SAT)

If Maine charged Whitney rent for all the time he is spending in the penalty box, I bet we could afford to buy out Whitehead.

Re: BC still at Maine (SAT)

Another good BC kill. Maine's power play is DOA this weekend.

And another penalty. DeKastrozza this time, at 14:12 of the 2nd.

Re: BC still at Maine (SAT)

And now it's BC's turn to have a pointless power play.

Actually, the Eagles had a little pressure at the end, and Dumoulin took a nice shot, but from the blue line. Penalty killed.

BC's best chance comes after the penalty is over, but Darling makes another diving save.
