Has he cornered the "large bags of urine" market as well? Because then I will understand how he got so much money in Mexico.

There are Indian billionaires as well. It's a great place to make money, especially if you hit an industry at the right time, telecommunications, oil, steel, etc.

And since the country is less regulated to weed out corruption you can just about write your own laws and print your own money.
