Cosmo, I've read quite a few of your chapters and really enjoyed it. Is your son Max going to play college hockey? Do you share your last name? Sorry, I've tried reading as many as possible, but haven't read all of them with work, law school and trying to write for a few hockey blogs myself.

I remember reading the first few chapters, but as they say, out of sight-out of mind. While browsing , finally clicked on "Back in the day". A nice treat. Enjoying your take on the "hockey life."
But now I have to go the store, post office, etc. I'll be back for "Mi Casa...." and more.

Almost forgot, you should have mentioned Beau Bennett went to the University of Denver.:)
 
You are correct. I should have mentioned wade and Beau Bennett. Jason Zucker and Gabe Levin. All youth players we faced also, Joe Noris who I've mentioned played at Denver. And im not sure but i think i mentioned Brian "howie"Morenz who also played there.

Word was out last year that Wade had "retired" due to a hip injury. But after a year off, he's back on the roster. Gabe's back too. Unfortunately for DU, Beau and Zucker chose to play in the NHL. Can't imagine why.:rolleyes:

Didn't realize this started out to be Carlos Castenada-like journey.;)

Wanted to let you know how much I'm enjoying these reads. These kids play so much and even summer. Far from my 6am practices(2-3 times a week) at Colgate's Starr Rink on Hamilton NY's first High school hockey team.
