It seems to be possible this year. I am not sure how much a loss in the conference final will hurt Niagara in the pairwise, but I also don't expect them to go undefeated until then. I am hoping for the best though.

Good call. Niagara now just 2 PWR points above cut off for an at-large bid. Really hard for an AHA team to win an at-large bid given overall AHA performance in a very limited number of OOC games.

I think now they really have to win out up to the conference final. What will hurt is that other teams will be able to play better competition to beef up their criteria. Niagara is pretty tied to their RPI. Too bad they could not have turned one or more of their non-conference ties to a win. That would have helped.

Exactly. I am not sure if even winning out would do it. I believe when Air Force made their run for an at-large bid a few years ago, they won four or five OOC games.
