Atlantic Hockey Pick the Standings Contest 2025-26 *Coaches Edition*

YOU ALL READY TO PLAY AGAIN AND TRY TO UNSEAT THE COACHES?
OR WILL TUPD RE-ENTER THE POLE POSITION?
OR WILL A NEWCOMER STORM ONTO THE SCENE?

You will have until Friday, October 10th, at 7:04PM EST to get your picks in.

Enjoy yourself. Your prize is your name written at the top of this post, next season.

The Coaches was our winner from the 2024-25 season with a final score of 112. He is a repeat winner. Who can unseat him?

Can you beat the ever present and totally frightening and humiliating Random Number Generator? (A truly humbling foe if you lose to him! )

Copy and paste the following list, keeping the teams in alphabetical order. Just change the number for each team with the place you think the will finish with:

1 - Air Force
2 - Army
3 - Bentley
4 - Canisius
5 - Holy Cross
6 - Mercyhurst
7 - Niagara
8 - RIT
9 - Robert Morris

10 - Sacred Heart

Here is how it will work. The following is plagiarized:

Pick the Atlantic Hockey Standings at the end of the 2025-26 season in order from 1-10 (let us mourn the loss of AIC) (no ties). Playoff seedings determine the position of the teams in case of a regular season tie.

Scoring is as follows: You will receive a score based on the square of the distance from your picks to the actual standings (e.g., if you pick a team in 4th but they finish in 7th, you get (7-4)2 or 9 points). Sum those up for the eleven Atlantic Hockey teams and you'll have a score between 0 and 330. The entrant with the lowest score will be our winner.

As a reminder, you have until Friday, October 10th, at 7:04PM EST , just before the Sacred Heart v. RIT game, to get your picks in.

Tie breakers are:

Pick correctly the Atlantic Hockey Regular Season Champ.
Have the most teams in the correct order of finish.
Have the most top 5 teams in the correct order of finish.
I will flip a coin.

You can change your picks at any time up till the drop of the puck on October 10th, however DO NOT EDIT THE ORIGINAL PICKS. Just put up a new post with your change.

How many people can we get in the contest this year?
