Hi I'm Jay and I'm making an app to help with roster management that will also do stats analysis on player performance and make intelligent recommendations about moves you might want to make based on all sorts of factors and statistical history.

I'm curious what problems/pain points other managers have making these decisions so I created a quick survey:
