Hard to win without scoring. Or shooting. Or having the ability to pull the trigger. Or having a senior knucklehead that seemed to think everybody was playing rugby with twigs. We're back to the way we played under Shyiak (against lesser teams no less!), no confidence, teams go man-to-man on our puck possessor and they in turn act like middle schoolers trying to hit the dance floor first. I imagine for various reasons we were the same with Talafous, the WCHA days with Brush, and Hill. Defensive breakdowns for various reasons, Mantha can't do it all himself; neither could Naumenko, King/Reiter, Lawson, Gunderson/Kamal.
