I hope to see Jones in net at least Friday night. I felt he played really solid Saturday and kept the team in the game when the Wildcats were starting to lay on the pressure. Also really hope Parayko capitalizes on a few of his blue line slap shots. That kid has a crazy good shot and he can't seem to catch a break lately.

I've been pleased with both Jones and Keeney so far. Keeney seems improved from last year, and Jones has been a nice freshman surprise.

Awfully quiet....any news from either team regarding the games this weekend? Any surprise possible lineup changes? Anyone know who stayed behind in Fairbanks?

Saw the guys at the ANC airport after flying in from Portland last night. They looked loose and ready to go (at least as loose as you can be before a six hour red eye to O'Hare).

Here’s a quick excel snip of info. Like last week vs. NMU, we’re familiar with LSSU, but I looked up everyone in the conference anyway. Again, not my numbers, so I won’t take it personally if you trash them…but I won’t go to the trouble of changing them either.

So it looks like the Nanooks are wearing their home whites and the Lakers are wearing their road blues. Anybody know what's up with that?

Nevermind, I'm guessing it's part of the Pink in the Rink thing. Probably has pink trim that's hard to pick up on the video feed, the yellow anchor doesn't look quite as yellow as normal.

Anyway, Go Nooks! :)
