A special treat for those of us "watching" on Root: the final minutes of the thrilling matchup of Portland St. and Eastern WA, on Eastern's hideous red field turf. I thought Boise St. was ugly. Phew.

Monty seems to mix up the lines from night to night and during the game.

BTW Former commit Gage Ausmus, defensive defenseman was playing left wing for UND last night. Soux had 4 forwards out.

What's gotten into Baylor? Baptists on the rampage! Which is not the same as "braves on the warpath," he added quickly.

Nobody but the students likes the quarter system. You avoid that nonsense of taking books home with you for "Winter, Holiday, Generic" break. Like you're actually gonna crack a book.

Boone Pickens wasn't pouring money into that program that far back. He surely is now. Maybe we could interest him in supporting a private school in Colorado.
