Thank you for the reminder about tonight's game. I was able to get there for the 3rd period. Adrian won handily 6-1.

The (or two) is unusual for DIII, but there are still some DIII programs that also have JV teams.

I was on the NU campus today and saw posters looking for club hockey players for the NU ACHA D2 team. Surprised me to see on the club team roster a couple of players who came to NU as pretty good prospects and filtered their way down.

Interesting. I don't think we've had much of anything like that here, at least not to my knowledge.

I was totally unaware of that until norm posted one of his random links that led me to the NU club team. A couple of the names were familiar. Your mileage may vary...

Hammer, you have access to the score sheet? I know a kid on the jr team and wanted to see how he did.

AC's got it officially as a scrimmage, and they don't have a scoresheet. I may go to tonight's "scrimmage", and if I do, I'll ask around. But I wouldn't get your hopes up. :( I showed up in the 2nd intermission and watched the 3rd period only, just to get my hockey fix.

Thats fine, thanks. THis kid is on the 1st line which didnt dress. Guess they are still locking down their roster. They play Motor City (NAHL) tonight. Who does Adrian play tonight?

as per ACHA any game with refs has to be counted.
Scrimmages can count towards rankings if you lose to a team you should beat. Ive seen teams get burned by this.
