If anyone was wondering how I did that, I have modified US-International on Linux, where I use my start key for special characters (since there's no start menu on linux, it's a good use for it), so it won't automatically ignore my apostrophes, quotes, commas, etc. For Windows, type Alt+0233 (you must use the numpad for the numbers) to get é.

It's America One now.
We haven't lost it yet, so that is good. The picture isn't bad, but it could be better. It is almost a minute behind WRPI currently.
