37th BRF! Brown @ RPI

Re: 37th BRF! Brown @ RPI

The good-another first period lead. the bad-we did not look like we controled enough of the play. Taking 2 penalties at the same time makes me question the SAT scores of our team. Just not smart and we have been called for too many men on the ice too often this year.

Very undisciplined all year long

I am listening to WRPI and only look at the video if something happens which is indeed a significant delay.

Yeah, the way that the YouTube Live streaming works means that there is a significant amount of delay, between 30 and 45 seconds depending on where you are, and there is really nothing we can do about it. For the most part, only the hard core fans who listen to WRPI / read the forum notice.

Delay is more like 80 seconds

Re: 37th BRF! Brown @ RPI

Good job by RPI to keep the puck alive when the Brown guy that had lost his stick was trying to cover up. There was only one guy in the box but, essentially, they had a 5-on-3 power play.

Re: 37th BRF! Brown @ RPI

And we have a flashback to last night - a mindless penalty in the offensive zone.

Re: 37th BRF! Brown @ RPI

The good-we actually won a second period! The bad-still getting palpitations when a certain pair of defensemen are out there. Some very poor decision making leading to chances against us. A defenseman going back into the corner just cannot take time to decide-he has to move the puck out quickly or else the offense is in on him forechecking. Part of me feels that last penalty on DeVito was a call made by an official by the sound only-borderline call at best and if not for penalties Brown would not be in this game.
