I'm tardy in starting this thread and it's late so I'll be brief and just touch briefly on the Canada-USA games.
In the first Pre-Tournament game Canada beat USA 5-3.
In the second one USA beats Canada 4-0 with goals scored by Janecky, Dunne, Simms & Bilka.
 
Tournament starts tomorrow. Given the change in format some first round games could potentially be blowouts. IIHF has a mess to deal with regarding ruling on including Russia for future tournaments.

Unless the a team is doping their players up, they should not be banned from competition for political reasons. Politics and sports shall not cross paths.
