Apparently what happened with Flanagan and Hennepin Cty is happening with El-Sayed and Wayne Cty. When that penny drops his margin should explode.

I called Kelly for KS-Gov before. Since she is term limited and isn't running,this may have been premature.

The Dem is up by a slight amount late in the count.
