2026 Conference Tourney Mega-thread

I watched the replay and have no idea if it should have been a goal. Goalie caught the puck in his glove and momentum carried his glove into the net. What's the rule on that? 🤷
The rule on that is goal as long as an opponent doesn't pitchfork the goalie into the net with his stick (or push him with his body). There was no contact on the goalie in that situation so I was surprised the goal wasn't given.
 
I had always thought that once the goalie has control of the puck, the play was dead. The one thing we couldn't hear was when did the ref blow the play dead because the goalie had control of the puck.

Does college use the same NHL rule -- intent of blowing the whistle now when it's actually blown?
