Not very often. With tight travel budgets, and having Duluth, St. Cloud, St. Thomas, Minnesota and North Dakota all being easy bus trips, and most willing to do home and home games, they really don't have to. Fans would like to see more variety on the schedule, but I get it with budget constraints.
I believe I heard once that they try to do a "destination" trip every four years, so each class gets to experience one.
2025-26, they went to Anchorage.
2021-22, they went to Arizona State
2018-19, they went to Air Force
2017-18, they went to Princeton
2012-13, they went to the Ledyard Classic
2011-12, they went to Miami and Lake State

Sounds like Clarkson is replacing Mercyhurst with Minnesota State on their schedule.
Oct 23 and 24, Sparty will be in Durham.

Hearing St. Cloud and Bemidji opening the season October 2 and 3. Sites to be announced, depending on how the renos go at St. Cloud.

Arizona State and Colorado College will play for the inaugural Ed Robson Cup on December 4th & 5th, 2026.
This in-conference tournament will occur annually. Ed Robson is the namesake of CC's Robson arena, and has ties with ASU stemming back 4 decades.
The team that secures the most points against each other in the regular season (three points for a regulation win, two points for an overtime or shootout win, one point for an overtime or shootout loss and zero points for a regulation loss) will win the Ed Robson Cup. In the event of an even split of the points available during the regular season, whether they play two games or four games, the team currently in possession of the Cup will retain it.
The Cup will not be awarded initially until one of the teams wins it outright.

Nice! I had Mankato in my notes for another home series but maybe they don't have a date yet or they are @Mankato?
Is this accurate? I heard Mankato decided to play the Gophers instead after finding out they needed 4 more nonconf games?
