2025 Rivalry Series

It would be interesting to see a box score that had TOI stats to see how the coaches were playing players in the game given they suited up five lines.

Not gonna lie I am here for this. Insert 2014 level drama when Canada fired their coach a month or so before the tournament.

I’m angling for Knight and Poulin to each win either pw championship or Olympic gold this year.

Crowd was horrific.
The crowd was estimated at less than 3,000. Hockey Canada didn't announce the attendance. Sort of an embarrassment on a couple of fronts. Hopefully Saturday attendance is significantly better.

Does Canada really have a chance? I did miss the first period when they outshot the US but the last four games have been solid wins for the US of A. At this point the gap is so large in playmakers that I don't think their goaltending can steal a win.

A chance ? Sure.
Like a candle staying lit in a 40mph wind.
The game has evolved…. Canadian team must adapt and get you her and faster.

I saw an article where the author was laying blame that the Canadian poor performance was due to them not centralizing and having poor teamwork.

They absolutely have a chance. It was 2-1 halfway through the third yesterday. I wouldn’t say they are favored.
