Bari Weiss is a joke.

The woman in the middle last night was excellent. I've never seen her before. Belle Star or California Love or whatever her name was. Very smart, quick, funny. The guy on the left, the Antonio Banderas clone, said about 4 things all night. Michael Steele needs a hug.

Also not surprising, it looks like Bernie Or Bust is alive and well.

I’m actually stunned that among Bernie voters, freakin Biden is their second choice.

I think it's because Sanders' people are the most practical. If not their guy they just want to win. It's almost as if reality is the exact opposite of what anti-Bernie people like to blat on about.

It surprised me because while these are likely Democratic voters, NPR had someone on the day of the debates claiming she has "favorability issues." But based on this Marist poll, all the Democrats have favorability issues among national adults.

She's improved her favorable rating among Dems or Leaning Dems from +46 to +64 and has decreased her unfavorable rating even as more people have learned about her from January until now. Meanwhile Biden dropped from +66 to +49.

Maher is scared. That is why he is in "do what it takes to win" mode already. He is afraid Trump can beat most of these guys and he seems rather shocked that Moore has kind of changed his tune on it. I disagree that Maher got destroyed but Moore has it right. If you want to guarantee victory you need the ballot initiatives in the swing states that get the Libs to vote. Right now none of these guys really inspire much hence why Biden is still leading.

It is way too early for Maher to be as defeatist as he is but to be fair as soon as it was apparent Bernie would lose to Hillary last time he changed his tune as well. He isnt going to be back on the hype train until Trump is out of office but he doesnt trust the Dems to do what must be done.

Why is Bari Weiss a joke? Because she dares call out the Left for their form of AntiSemitism? She cleaned Krystal Ball's (I think that was her name seriously) clock on the Palestinian issue. The American Left only cares about Palestinians when it is Israel being demonized. Where is the hate for Lebanon who still has them in glorified concentration camps? (wait...can I say that?) Where is the hate for Jordan (our ally) who slaughtered them and kicked them out pretty much everywhere including the West Bank? No one talks about that they talk about that just like they dont talk about how the only reason Palestine doesnt exist today is because of Palestinians not Israelis.

Sorry but on the Antisemitism issue Bari Weiss isnt the joke...the people who cant admit the Left has a problem with it are. I bet she ticks off all sorts of people at the Times these days because she dares think for herself.

The longer this stays 20 people the more likely it is. He is playing it perfect for a field this large because he has the name recognition so he doesnt need to hit home runs and he has the added bonus of when he screws up the pundits spend more time caring about whether people were mean to him or not. :rolleyes:

The loser of Warren and Bernie is going to hold the Party in their hands. If they endorse each other Biden goes down. If they dither at all all bets are off. As of now I have faith.

We are moving towards ranked choice voting in the primary in Maine (we’ve ditched the caucus for this election, but it won’t be until next presidential primary that we have ranked choice)

Dr. Mrs. turned to me during the show and said, "Bari Weiss is the girl in grad school who took one undergrad woman's studies class, completely bought into the concepts uncritically, and now regurgitates them back to educated feminists as if she's speaking truth to power while they look away embarrassed for her."

She's an idiot. Krystal Ball (god, that's right) tore her to shreds.

I think it’s our governments stance on Israel that is why people refer to them and not the Jordanians. Because bari was right that people do ignore those other nations. The squad has also said some dumb things.

I cannot believe her name was Krystal Ball and she was way more intelligent than someone with that name should be.
