To the contrary, negotiations start at the far end of each spectrum and go from there. What you're really saying is Scooby (and by extension his preferred candidates) is too far left for your views.

It's more than what the Repubs were willing to give, not enough for the Dems. Some are calling it a failure. Hey, it passed with something. I'll take it.

Yes they are. I thought that was very clear. I'm not angry or hostile about it. I prefer the brick by brick approach to fixing things. The uber left want it in all one shot. Doesn't work like that.
