In Muzzinator's post-game interview she said her players faced a lot of "diversity" this season instead of adversity, obviously. LMAO!!! I guess she didn't major in English.

I caught that as well - made me smile but I thought it was completely understandable given the moment.

UW did not generate a lot of gold standard chances though I think Watts missed the net on a couple good looks up high. Lamantia also missed the net high on a great look in the first period.

Upon further review, Skaggs made a great play to jump to the center of the slot and got the shot off pretty tight. OSU was so hanging on, the loss sucks.

For going to school in MN, if that was the only mistake she made she has earned herself a PhD in Communications.

Watching it live, I knew Skaggs made a nice play, but seeing the replay on TV, I didn't realize how badly Buchbinder whiffed on the play. I would think that Campbell was surprised her D didn't take away the middle and it surprised her a bit.

Yes unfortunately the D seemed to panic a bit and totally went for the puck instead of patiently staying in and taking away the skating lane of the attacker. It was an all or nothing decision and it cost them the championship. Silver lining; Wisco will use that moment to bond together and be stronger, and if they win the NCAA Championship they might look back on that moment as the reason. How players handle "diversity" like that is what defines them.
