Very happy with the sweep, but worried about injuries. No Lazynski all weekend and no Laroque or Westlund last night. Heal.

Lazynski maybe in a week or two. Saw Westlund after last nights game and he seemed to be doing well, maybe next weekend if no concussion symptoms. Don't know about Sasha.

Are you sure? 4 wins puts us at 47 points, and I think that Minny would still overtake us by winning 7 of 8 and Sparty would by winning all their 8 remaining games. Minny has a maximum potential of 51 points, so I think our magic number is 17 points right now.

Minnesota's last two games are against Arizona State, no points involved there. Maximum achievable is 18 which would put them at 45.
Notre Dame has 7 games left, not 8 so only a maximum potential of 21 points for them which puts them at 46.

You may recall Notre Dame's game against Michigan last month was the outdoor game, they didn't have the indoor one to have the typical pair of games. That second game is a week from today, they have no weekend games this week so that's why the odd number of 7 games left for them.
The good thing for us is Michigan will be a little short of rest when we go up there to play them at the end of that week. :)

OK. I didn't catch the ASU series for Minny, and I see that Sparty only has 6 games left. I stand corrected; thanks.

What was frustrating in it coach says our injured will be back but he doesn't know when. What does THAT mean?
They'll be back before end of regular season, by B1G tournament or NCAA's? I HATE that coach's won't tip their hand on injuries!
I understand they don't want opposing coaches to know but it's exasperating.

How full has the arena been for recent home series? Bought 4 lower level tickets for the Gopher Sat game, but could not find them all together. Betting that we can find some open seats together. Is that likely in the lower level? Was not ready to pay $50 per seat to watch this year's Gopher team.

As we're getting into the home stretch and with the team doing well we're selling more seats especially on Saturdays.
We had about 10,000 for Saturday against Michigan and 8000 for ND.
My advice is NEVER pay above face value here because there will always be a lot of no-shows. Many seats are corporate purchases who don't show or people looking to resell and can't unload them.
We're pretty lenient here on seating. If nobody's in seats not long after the game starts just go sit in them. Just walk past the ushers and if they say anything just tell them you know where you're going. If the person with the ticket for that seat shows up just move to another.
Hope this advise helps!

Rumor has it the school wants a arena that seats not much above 5000. Where is the sanity in that if you can bring in 8000-10,000 when the team is winning?

What a total Bullsh*t call against Dakota and ejection on top of it all! Why is Aaron still officiating? He's never been any good!
Wisconsin's play by play guys are being honest saying they just didn't see a penalty in that hit after looking at it a number of times.

Well that got gritty!
Wisconsin played well and the crowd was into it but I can't help wonder how much we could or would have dominated them with all our guys health and playing - and not ejected too!
We get the full three points and 2nd place Minnesota gets humiliated by Penn State but to be honest I can't keep track of the rest of the conference, the rankings change it seems between all the teams every weekend it's so tight!
