Very entertaining game today. UConn feels a lot quicker than in years past. Defense was a bit shaky, but with such an inexperienced blueline, these things happen.

Good, close, hard-fought draw today. D and PK were a lot better. It's still a long way to go but I see promise.

Tough tie out there today. Thought Blanka looked pretty good aside from some jitters. I'm confident they will learn from this, and hey, at least a tie isn't a loss.

Shoutout to Kilberg who had a fantastic game today.

Game day! Don't like to call an early season game must-win, but I'd prefer *not* to go into Conte still winless.

I'm interested in seeing the defense play on that huge rink at UNH. It makes you play a much different game. Gap control will be key.

Solid win tonight! UVM was the better team. Still gotta work on closing games out, that's two games in a row we've conceded with the other team having an extra skater. But that'll come with experience.

As for tomorrow, well, my expectations are low, it is BC after all, as long as we don't get embarrassed I'm content. :)

Pretty good first period for UVM. Expecting a bit more fire from BC in the second. Need to keep this effort going for a full 60.

BC is scary good so I don't mind the loss much, and there were flashes during the game. Power play really needs to improve - and they've had chances on the PP just no end product. Still optimistic.

On a different note: took a Midget AA team down to New England last weekend and did a tour with Jess Koizumi. She was great! girls loved the tour and she was open, helpful and involved! I'm sure it was tough to do on a Sunday morning after a game in Boston.

Really impressed.

Congrats to Schafzahl on her first goal. Didn't watch the game so I can't draw much but she had over half of our shots on goal.

Game night! Gonna be a tough one against a loaded NU but hopefully we can get some home cooking for the upset.

Not great. First period was utterly dire, rest of the game was OK. Power play needs to get better and fast.

Also, Picard looks like she's lacking confidence rn
