No weeping here: this team is deep, especially with the last minute decommit/recommit from Air Force.

I would say Genny is a favorite to go to the Final Frozen 4 ,whatever ya call it,they will be a tough nut to crack.....whos the new guy from AF ??..

Looking at previous seasons, if I had to guess I'd say the high PIMs last year were likely a result of trying to be more assertive as team captain, a role he won't be in at Geneseo (at least not for the next few years).

Not sure about that, but CUW has a history of fairly high player turnover.

Marian's current head coach, Zach Gaynor, was an assistant with CUW from 2012 to 2017. The CUW coach, Jasen Wise, is known to love his underclassmen as he thinks they are "hungrier". By looking at the majority of his upperclassmen over the years you will notice a decline in games played and point production from freshmen year to senior year. This was the case when he was at Marian as well. Most likely a reason 2 of the 3 transfers are heading into their senior year.

This strategy makes way more sense than developing talent so that players peak as upperclassmen.
